Ideally, we would attend when the drain is blocked, this way we can identify exactly where the problem is located using our cameras, then after unblocking, we would then carry out a secondary survey recording all progress and identifying any defects.
We aim to accommodate every job on an individual basis, and priority applied in each case. Emergencies will often be attended to within a few hours, routine operations within 7 days.
On a standard size domestic property we aim to deliver the report within 48 hrs, however we do offer a ‘speedy 24hr turnaround’ service.
We will firstly advise and discuss with you all the remedial options before progressing. A managed claim service (whereas we will approach your insurance company on your behalf) is also available.
